CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER

Arthur James is the Co-Founder of Danran II Dokoro and serves as one of the Company's Managing Partners. His chief responsibilities include strategic planning and identifying projects. Mr. James oversees and works to streamline the company’s operations in both real property and client interactions.

Mr. James brings over 20 years of  real estate investing experience to the company. Prior to founding  Danran II Dokoro, Mr. James was at Bank Of America Mortgage overseeing manual and automated property appraisals. He has been managing his own properties since 2002. Since 2023, he has been consulting on property income strategies to force appreciation through income streams in Northern Colorado. With a development plan of action he has doubled the yearly revenue and increased the value by double.

Mr. James and his family are avid outdoor adventurers. 

CO-FOUNDER & VICE PRESIDENT

Yuki Matsuura is the Co-Founder of Danran II Dokoro and serves as one of the Company's Managing Partners.  His responsibilities include strategic planning and identifying projects suited for the needs of the Asia market. He is also responsibilities is educating Japanese clients about the United States real estate investments.  Yuki leverages his financial planning background to help make sure they have the right asset classes for their needs.

He also provides part time CFO consulting to small and medium companies and he is able to advise on insurance, securities, and trust.

Mr Matsuura enjoys travel abroad/domestic, futsal, watching soccer (overseas soccer).

Ikumi Nishikawa is is the Co-Founder of Danran II Dokoro and serves as one of the Company's Managing Partners. She brings to the table her experience as working as Product Liason with US, Western Europe and Asia in New Business development. She adapt with keeping abreast with what is happening in the Asia Market.  

Ms Nishikawa enjoys diving and just moved to scenic Okinawa.

Franck Bennardi is the Co-Founder of Danran II Dokoro and serves as one of the Company's CEO advisor. His responsibilities include brand marketing, digital experience and strategy advisor for the CEO, Arthur James. He leverages his strong background in consulting, change management, and technology to drive innovation and value creation.

With a forward-looking mindset, Franck leads efforts to integrate data-driven processes, optimize stakeholder engagement, and build resilient business models. His leadership ensures that the company not only executes its Develop. Lease. Exit. strategy effectively, but also embeds responsibility and long-term vision into every investment.

Mr. Bennardi is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategist with deep expertise in business, management, digital transformation, AI, and sustainable development. Dad of 2 daugthers and got married 30 years ago.
